Anyone who can help with my needs? I need a solar panel powerful enough to power the Refrigerator, 2 Air Conditions, 4 lights and a Television.

What would be best design? Can I make the solar panel more efficient if I have a little less space than it is actually needed for the amount of panels that will be needed to power these electronics?

That's going to be quite the system, not small at all. Once you add a fridge, you are into a mid-size system. Adding 2 air con, you are in the big systems

If you can build efficently you can run air con in daylight and keep house cool, and when you loose sun, get by on the pre-chilled house overnight

Is this for off grid? or grid tied?

You generally need to consider location, and shadows as well when doing a design as well as roof or ground area.

Not sure how you would make the PV modules MORE efficient than the scientists and engineers that make them, or are you talking about buying more efficient PV modules? if buying then sure.
