Looking for PV manufacturer for a CPV system

I'm building a LCPV system (3-5 suns) and I need to use PV cells that withstand the increased intensity and heat and resist degradation under this environment. What are some PV products that have been used in CPV systems that you can recommend for my purpose?

Make sure you find a way to provide aux. cooling. You'll cook them in short order otherwise. Also, don't expect it to be cost effective.
