A good panel for 3500' elevation desert heat?

I live in the California high desert over 3500 feet and the rays can be damaging to some solar panels I have seen when I look around my city.

Is there a type or brand of panel I should buy for the area I live in?

I have not seen any advertising related to longer life panels for use in areas of higher UV (and other) light exposure.
The environmental resistance of commercial panels, and in particular the encapsulation material and any antireflective coating that might be used, has probably improved over the last 20 years.

Some panels, such as Sunworld, claim to degrade more slowly over time than other brands, with some guaranteed performance in the warranty paperwork. But the up front cost of that extra performance is usually not worth it.
