Help in Solar Producing

We're Photonics from Vietnam, this year we decide to start build a factory to produce Solar Panel, and we looking for a solar panel solution provider who can provide transparent solar cells thin film and also want to buy equipment to produce and assemble Solar panel. But the all the contact have no respone, so it'll be great help if anyone here can provide some branch name of solar panel who I can contact, the producers in EU, US and China is preferable.
