Is the path of the sun the same on the fall and spring equinox?

I'm curious if the path of the sun is fundamentally the same on the equinoxes?
In other words, is the shadows from obstructions across my panels basically the same on these days. Not counting for leaves on trees which may be different.
I'm not asking if the amount of power generated will be the same.
This is Chico, CA. Which is at 39.728493, -121.837479.

Yes.

My panels are hung from hinges. I did the math so I have three settings.

A - winter solstice setting [which is very nearly vertical]
B - an equinox setting [Spring and Autumn]
C - summer solstice setting [which is nearly horizontal].

It is kind of nice that when we have the most snow and ice the panels are near vertical so they do not tend to collect ice.

You want the panels to be near to 90-degrees from the angle of the sunlight.
