    Real estate question

We are moving to Lethbridge in a few months and while looking at real estate we noticed that most of the photos on the MLS are taken during the summer, so obviously not recently since there is no snow. These listings are new listing from this week. The listings in Calgary all have snow. Are these all just relistings? which would be an indication that the market has taken a much harder nose dive than Calgary, or is it a local cultural thing that most people get photos done in the summer before listing it? Just curious why more than half of the listings don't have snow pictures.

I guess you will have to talk to the Real Estate agents as to why the pictures do not show the snow.
