New TOU rates from sce?

what does above baseline and after baseline credit? The website says to see the FAQ, but it has no explanation. I’m in zone 8 so I get 10.something kWh daily of baseline credit. But the pricing still eludes me

The rate you pay increases after you have exceeded your baseline amount for the month, I think. When SCE changed my TOU tariff, I went back to a Tiered tariff, and I saved a bunch of money. SCE recommended a TOU rate, but their online calculator suggested the Tiered tariff was cheaper and it is.

Interesting to see that the night time (9PM-8AM) rate is higher than the rate during prime solar hours (8AM-4PM). Down here SDG&E still has Super-Off Peak rates (night time) that are cheaper than than Off Peak rates (prime solar hours)
