if you pick the “continuous rollover credit” option for your solar bank, does Xcel give you a 1 for 1 credit ?
in their form (https://www.xcelenergy.com/staticfil...ction-Form.pdf) it is not clear, they are talking about multiplying “Any excess generation from your net metered PV system by the prevailing total energy rate”
