    Power One inverters

Has anyone else had to deal with ABB who now own Power One ? I have an error code E021 which indicates internal relay failure and have emailed pretty much every Italian site and the response has been woeful. The phone line never gets answered as I hung on for over half an hour then gave up. Its not like I have too small a system 48kw and 4 x 10kw inverters.
If any one knows a direct link to someone capable of helping repair this inverter that would be super.

I've used their techline (877-261-1374) several times times - no problem. Not impressed with their product reliability (just had another failure last week) but the techline has always been good to work with.
BSEE, R11, NABCEP, Chevy BoltEV, >3000kW installed

Unfortunately I'm having to communicate with the Italian branch. So always on coffee break, lunch break, siesta, etc. I wonder if they actually exist!

            Howdy All,

Thought I would chime in, I have a Aurora Power One (ABB) uno 2.0 on my house, only reason I used it cause it was sitting around the warehouse for ages, so I figured why not use it if I cant sell it. About 3 years old now no problems at all. However dealing with ABB is a massive PITA here in OZ, sound like they must have shipped the Italian branch to Australia, dont answer phones, totally unhelpful. Thats why I like SMA so much they are totally opposite here, will do anything to help us out when we have an issue.

Have had good luck with their tech service line.
But this was issues related to SunPower rebranded inverters.
That may have something to do with it.
