Who can find how many violations in this JB? It's installed in the electric closet outside of the garage, the MC cable that sticking out is run through the wall from the garage, after LB the wires are going to the sub panel.

Can't tell if there is a ground wire connected to the ground screw.
Wires look too short (but would have to measure).
I haven't worked with MC cable. But it looks wrong to me. (And why even use MC cable?)
I'd think it'd also need to be fastened to the box, and I'm not sure just a bushing is enough (what about other wires that are close to those sharp edges that are now inside the box?)
Have fun fixing it.
