I have been looking to join a training program for solar PV systems.
I have no background in electrical engineering or have real life experience, but very interested in learning for career and professional development. I cannot switch jobs at this time, so learning by working for a solar developer or installer is out of the question. Internet can only help you so far.
There are so many providers of solar PV training ( both class + hands-on expeirence ) but very limited feedback / reviews available to evaluate them.
I live in Central NewJersey but do not mind traveling if the classes are taught by real Subject Matter Experts and have solid hands-on training ( Understand there is only so much you can learn in 40-60 hours ).
Most of the classes are expensive at approx. $2000. Because of the expensive nature I am hesitant to book a class without any good feedback.
Any feedback is most appreciated.
Thanks everyone !
