It is a commercial rooftop AC unit that incorporates all of the connections and equipment to allow you to hook up micro-inverter panels.
Since the serious electronics is all in the microinverters and you still have to install a separate wire run to the AC distribution for the backfeed, it is not clear what it actually offers above what you could do just as easily separately. But it is an interesting marketing tool, IMHO.
I wonder whether the combined unit complicates the permitting process though.
