When you have done it you can boast - right now it is called BS.

Don't try to explain too much about the capabilities there - I spent 15 years building parts of a steel mill in Gujarat and am well aware of the capabilities and limitations.

We do not need funding to invent. We need only brains which we have in huge amounts.
Your retorting is backwards to what I was expressing. Intellengence isn't the problem in India, financing is.
It takes money, engineers, equipment which is the truth behind research and development.
India also doesn't care about underwriters laboratories.
Nothing is adding up, I will believe it when I see it.

The magic dust can never be re-invented by anyone except us. So, dont worry about the patent part, lest stealing it.

Dont write this one off yet...just wait for 2 more weeks for the results to be posted here.

I would say this is more of a hoax.

There isn't any break through's happening in India for atleast the next 25 years, the technology is that far behind, not to mention who would finance this?

The highest efficiency cell on the open market to date only achieves 22.9% conversion efficiency, "without glass". On a molecular level to have an additive claim that it can change the physical characteristics of a cell to convert more sunlight to electricity I find extremely hard to believe.

i believe one of the mods stated earlier "magical fairy dust".

Besides who boasts something that could be patented, every one would steal the rights to it.

UL Testing/Certification plan dropped. Understood it is not worth pursuing by a Scientist.
Two totally different things - UL compliant is used for equipment or components - nothing to do with verifying claims such as yours.

Even if IIT Bombay say it is so you will have to go through other scientific organizations for replication of results.

As you don't seem to have engineers or scientists on your staff I am not expecting anything to come of it.

Regarding the Scientific Institution Test and Certificate, we are working with the premier Solar Institution in India and the mail chain is going on as follows. The testing will be completed in one or two weeks time. Then, we can all have a hearty laugh at how this was done in this same forum. Cheers everyone until then.

    Dear Sir,
    Thank you for contacting us.
I checked the website, but it couldn't find any information about the solution.
Can you share some information which will help us understand the product better?
Also what is the procedure of application?
Please share some application manual which will help us apply and
    evaluate the product.

    Thanking You,
    Mehul.

    Hitesh,

I guess, only PVI measurement of 20W sample should serve their purpose

That pops up on the green sites every now and then when some blogger is trolling the university web sites where they are doing advanced work - maybe on the 25th of never it will show results.

That is pure BS. UL certifies safety, not efficiency. UL does not publish or test efficiency of products.

That numer sounds pretty impressive. As russ said. Real scientific prove will be your gamebreaker. At this point we will probably read at least a few news about it, but a forum post will do too

Thanks for moderating and letting better sense prevail!

We are in the process of getting a UL Certificate for this efficiency record. Once done, we will republish under this post. It is not easy in a country like India with the limited resources that we have here to get things done. We are limited by everything. - except passion.
