Nope, no such thing. It is pure vaporware propagated by NanoSolar who has not made a single panel for sale.

hmmm..... there is some work being done by Samsung on the nano side for solar... It's pretty hush hush but I was privy to discussions with one of their head engineers working on solar tech development..

There is a research facility in CO that is working on nano and solar but I keep forgetting the name of the outfit. They only work on utility projects as consulting engineers but haven't built a complete module as of yet. Really neat company, but all tech in incubation stage makes it really hard to evaluate where the tech stands.
