I have small solar panel 3watt/10 volts ,but I want to know of which power inverter should i use to convert to AC so that i can plug mobile charger .

Also how to charge battery 12 volt/7 amp?

For this 3 watt panel i thing micro inverters are enough to convert dc energy from battery to ac energy.actually Micro-inverters are small inverters rated to handle the output of a single panel. Modern grid-tie panels are normally rated between 220 and 245W, but rarely produce this in practice, so micro-inverters are typically rated between 190 and 220 W.

I'm not sure if this is a joke or not but I'll take a chance and assume that it isn't....You can't charge a 12V battery from a 10V panel. Throw that thing in the trash and start over.

You are correct Sir. A lot more useful than a 3 watt 10 volt panel the OP inquired about. A lot cheaper too.
