Long story short, 4 months after giving first payment, contractor is dragging his feet with my solar project. I have 20 panels of Hanwha Q cells 260 watt. At this point, I'm trying to decide if I should continue with the current contractor or find someone else to install it. Should I fight to return the panels and get my money back or keep the panels for the $4750 I already gave to the contractor? Where can I find out how much do the panels worth? Thanks!
How much is 20 panels of Hanwha Q cells 260 watt worth?

That is over $0.91 / W. You can do better than that from an online retailer, although it depends somewhat on where you are (freight and taxes). For example, here are 290 W panels for $171.10, $0.59 / W.
That said, inventory may be getting depleted by people buying up ahead of any possible tariff, so if you go by online prices, make sure there is real stock behind it.CS6P-260P/SE3000 - http://tiny.cc/ed5ozx -
