Advice for Quote in Colorado Springs Area

Good Evening,

I am looking to install a grid tied solar PV system at my residence in Colorado Springs, CO, and currently have a quote coming in at $3.66 per DC Watt for a 5,320 Watt system. The quote includes the installation of 19 SolarWorld 280 Watt Panels with Enphase 250 microinverters. I am wondering if $3.66 before any incentives is a reasonable price for this system (the system does not include any special equipment warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer)? HI. I am a novice but your price seems comptetitive. I'm in Denver and coming in at $4.07 for a 13kw system. I am getting the SunPower panels which are notoriously more expensive than others. Hope that helps.
