Hasn't passed both houses yet.
Hopeful but not assured.
Ditto, just election BS. This will become a debate issue during the General Election. Minority groups and the Poor are going to hang the Democrats with it. The Poor and Blue Collar groups have finally figured it out they are subsidizing the rich and pissed off about it. So the GOP will hang the issue around Billary's neck and make it an issue during the General Election debates. GOP has set a trap.
Maybe good news for the solar industry but a budget like that is bad news to all American pocket books which will be much lighter come the end of next year.
Huh? Trump is no Republican. The secret is he is getting Billary elected. That is the only reason he is running. He will pull out of the GOP race and run as an independent which will Guarantee a Billary win.So easy to see.
I’m hoping you might be able to help me understand the change that took place with the ITC policy for solar. With the extension stated was that you can now claim the ITC in the year construction has started. From what I can see this change took place on the enactment date, December 18th 2015. My question for this is when do you have to be the owner of the project to claim the ITC? In the past you could purchase the project before it reached “place in operation” to claim the ITC. Do you now need to own the project before construction starts to claim the ITC? Secondly for projects that were already under construction before this policy change took place and not going to be completed by 2015, can you now claim the ITC in 2015, or does this only apply to projects which started construction between December 18th and December 31st for 2015? I appreciate your help and any insight you can give.

One can only hope
As far the ITC extension, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that happen. I really thought the utility cartel in this country would kill it. This is great news not only for the solar industry, but for consumers across the country who want to go solar, whether it be for environment reasons, cost-saving reasons, or both. Billionaires are usually the recipients of these tax advantages. Its about time the average homeowner gets a seat at that table

I bought back into the solar market and got a new seat at the table about a week ago after bailing last spring. We'll see what happens.
