Where to obtain financing not tied to Installers for my small solar farm project?

I am planning and directing construction of small solar farm. I am trying to see what are options for financing half of cost of system, which will be $50,000.

So far these options I have found:
https://www.lightstream.com/ (6.79% to ~9% rate for 7 years)

Other than those only Personal Loans looks to be available. Are there any other solar loans options available in Texas that are NOT tied to specific installers?

If you have equity in a home, that could be your least expensive option and interest paid may be tax deductible.
