Buderus SC20 stuck at 9999 working hours

Hello,
Does anyone know the procedure to reset the counter to 0 again, for monitoring the performance.

It has reached 9999hours and standing still for a month now (heating works normally).

The model is Buderus Logamatic SC20.

I know how to enter the setting menu but that option is not there.

Thnx but I am from Croatia,
and here in Buderus(local dealer) they don't know how to do it(or don't want to bother finding out )
I've already contacted them.

I am still hoping there is some button combo for that action
