Swim Spa- best set up in the Canary Islands.

I have a swim Spa 5.8m*2m and 1.8 deep. We live in the Canary Islands off the west coast of Africa so there is plenty of sun. After installing solar heating I bought from China the benefits are clear to me for heating hot water but what about heating a swim spa to approx 36 degrees C?

Now we have a 3Kw heater, is it possible to replace this?
