Billboard Solar lighting system.

now, I am installing the solar system for lighting out door billboard.

I have a question in the panels connection. the system consist of 3 modules 250 w, charger controller phocos mps 45, 24 vdc battery system.

How can I connect the solar panels?

is this type of controller working as mppt controller?

can I connect the three modules in series to get one string?

if I connect the three modules in parallel, I can reach to the system voltage 24 vdc?

please advise.
