What is my "Capacity"?

I am planning a project that will hopefully produce 10,000,000 kW/hr (10GW/hr) annually. I know this seems like a typo but it isn't, I'm trying to offset an entire city block. I was wondering what my capacity will be.
Is it the amount of energy produced per day? month? year?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Since you are planning, tell us about your plan so far.

If you build in an area that has 6 hours of direct sun a day (like Phoenix) you're looking at a 4.5 megawatt system. At $5/watt (possible for larger systems) you're looking at $22 million dollars.
