    hey I am new, i would be glad if anyone cud answer my question !

    how do i calculate efficiency of solar cells ? ... i have following parameters provided ........

    Incident Input power = 100 mW/cm^2



    Rs= 0.1 ohm, Rsh= 1x 10^8ohms, T= 300K and JL= 38 mA/cm^2
    Device area = 2 cm^2
    n1= 1.1,
    jo1= 1 x 10-12 A/cm^2

    n2= 2.0,
    jo2= 1 x 10-8A/cm^2

    I finished homework assignments many years ago. and am not starting now.

    Panels come with efficiency calcs stated in their datasheets.
