Would that panel work with 215 enphase microinventer. Looks as this is 120 cell panel and enphase specs call for 60 cell panel.

No you will likely fry the inverter however look at the Enphase Compatability chart online at Enphase Energy to verify.
The only one that may work is the M210

M210 is listed as 72 or 84 cell module compatible . Yet compatibility sheet shows M215 compatible with the above 120 cell panel. Im confused as spec sheet shows 60 only. Could someone clarify.

there may be two strings of 60 cells in parallel
If the Enphase sheet shows it works I would go with their judgement.
