Can I create 500watts from 60watts solar panel?

If I get a solar panel consists 36 3x6" cells which produce 0.5v, 3.6amps and 1.8 watts each (Which will be total

    17v and 60watts)
I need 12 volts DC to charge a battery right? and a battery gives 12 volts AC to the inverter which it converts in

500watts or whatever it's capable of.
Can I give DC 12v to inverter (Directly through inverter's + and - Terminals) to create 500w or not?
and if no then is there any electric generator that run with electricity instead of patrol or diesel so I can use

100w or 200w to produce 1000w less or more.
If both of them are just random thought without any relationship with reality then is there any other way to use low

level solar panel to produce more electricity?
If you don't understand what I want to ask please tell me I'll describe it in more details.

    Thanks

Well, you can store power in a battery, and use it in huge bursts, but you have to be careful to stay within your harvest limits, or you can damage the battery by not rechargeing it fully, daily.

and if no then is there any electric generator that run with electricity instead of patrol or diesel so I can use If you had AC electricity why would you want to try and run it through an inverter????
What is this electric generator going to be powered by if not diesel or petrol?? WIND?? GEO THERMAL? NUCLEAR?

Thanks guys, you just gave me the answer which I wanted. 60w solar panel can't produce more than 60w but we can charge a battery and then 500 watts from it with the help of inverter.

@johnp I wanted to ask if I can use 60w power to run generator and then generator creates 500w but it's impossible so leave it.
Generator can't produce electricity it's only work is to convert mechanical energy to electric energy. (So forget it)
