In part of investigating the new San Diego Community Power CCA that is coming to unincorporated San Diego County this year, I ended up going to their true up information. True up still happens yearly, though unless you separately opt in for a bill at the end of the true up year, any payment that is due along the way is billed monthly so you do not have a big end of year true up amount to pay.
In any event, for excess generation, they pay the same as SDGE plus a $0.0075 per kWh bonus - and this linked to the SDGE page where monthly excess generation payment amounts are located. Since I just trued up in January (about 1600 excess kWh), I knew of this table having checked it last month.
But, here is the table with the February entry added:

Who knows if this higher rate will hold as 2023 progresses, but that sure was a huge jump.
