Solar monitoring - Locus Energy

Hi,

My solar monitoring is no longer working few days ago, not sure what is the issue. The installer is out of business (Sullivan Solar Power). The solar use Locus Energy to monitoring the output.

Are there any Sullivan Solar customers here that your monitoring still working? I just want to find out before I plan the next step to replace or subscribe the service.

If you have a cellular LGate 120 which uses 3G. All the cell companies have discontinued 3G. Check inside your meter and see if it has an ethernet cable. If so you can hardwire it to a router. I just quoted a 4G/LTE replacement and the hardware and monitoring plan came to about $500. BTW Locus is now AlsoEnergy

Thanks for your response. I have the LGate 101e using CAT5 connection. I do see the activity light is sending out signal without error light.

I am not sure if the server is down on their end/need subscription since Sullivan is out of business... That is why I am asking for other Sullivan customers who use the same monitoring system and see if their monitoring still function or not

The monitor system has back online. I guess it is their server got off line or update. Good thing is the unit has build in storage that backup the data once it is link to the Internet it will restore the data needed.
