PG&E Taking their sweet time No Credits

Got my 7KW system installed and permission to operate from PG&E on 3/9/2022. We are still being billed our normal billing and PGE billing My Account has not reflected my account to be on any NEM program yet.

I can see on usage details that my system and credits are being generated, but not reflected on the billing quite yet. The email says 30 days. When i called to complain after seeing no change after 30 days i was told they have up to 4 months and that not to worry my credits are being calculated and that any bills paid will be refunded back to me once NEM is activated on my account.

I'm writing to ask if any other recent PG&E solar customers and their experience they've had with this? how long has it taken your account to be switched to NEM and the billing correctly reflect it?
I feel like i'm going to get screwed, my system is producing a TON of energy and credits that I know i will need in the winter time for heating our home.

That is one of the ways the Po Cos are resisting home solar. They
stall for ridiculous intervals long after the contract is signed and the
money paid. Renewable energy does not wait around for anyone.

Bruce. Are you a PG&E customer? That's bull**** they did that to you. Maybe I should just switch the breakers off on my solar until they get me setup.

anyone on here from PG&E have any experiences? Did they back credit you to your Pto date?

This is very promising to hear and what i'm looking for. It's impossible to find any info on this, the timeframe or credits in writing anywhere on PG&E's website. I was just supposed to take their word for it up until now. It's nice to hear this information, thank you.

I only had the word of PGE but it was the same people that had processed my PTO and they kept their word. I did make several phon calls just to make sure it did not slip through the cracks. I now have a $800 credit based on paying for four months of power with no credit for generation.

I am in the process of installing panels in Ashland, MA. My provider is Eversource and they have a 1.4 ratio of your electric annual consumption against the projected annual solar output. If that is exceeded, they will refuse to allow connection to their grid unless the total panel capacity is reduced. Could you be up against something similar with your electric provider?

If his situation was like mine, he has an approved installation and a Permissiin To Operate. I still believe. is is an accounting issue, that will just take time for PGE to process.
