Got my 7KW system installed and permission to operate from PG&E on 3/9/2022. We are still being billed our normal billing and PGE billing My Account has not reflected my account to be on any NEM program yet.
I can see on usage details that my system and credits are being generated, but not reflected on the billing quite yet. The email says 30 days. When i called to complain after seeing no change after 30 days i was told they have up to 4 months and that not to worry my credits are being calculated and that any bills paid will be refunded back to me once NEM is activated on my account.
I'm writing to ask if any other recent PG&E solar customers and their experience they've had with this? how long has it taken your account to be switched to NEM and the billing correctly reflect it?
I feel like i'm going to get screwed, my system is producing a TON of energy and credits that I know i will need in the winter time for heating our home.
