    Solar leases are wicked , Decades long, entangled with your home, and full of small prints that change the efficiency of the deal overtime, and create all kinds of traps and road blocks for the homeowner years in the future....
    It is very difficult for the average homeowner to fully understand the ramification of the deal years in the future, and they usually find out the hard way when it is too late.

    And this is why they closely resemble Scams
    I will not go with solar lease, I prefer cash purchase. Not everyone were financial equal or making the same decision. My friends' take on their solar system were service free for 20 years and enjoy monthly saving. Some pay 16 cents per kWh over their estimate usage which they think is great deal. Some thinks they can invest the money for solar on something else with greater return... I respect their decisions.
