Regarding the LRA, Waterfurnace makes a solution called intellistart that rduces the starting power requirements. http://www.waterfurnace.ca/intellistart.php. I don't have a waterfurnace. I read on some forums some people through if you had a scroll compressor it might be compatible with Climatemaster units.

The one for climate master systems is called SecureStart.
