I think the FPL customers already have been told about a rate increase. Luckily I am not one of their customers and my rate is still about $0.08/kWh.

I have Withlacoochee Electric so not Duke. I use to have Duke and they were more expensive then WE.

My nephew is with Modesto Irrigation District and also enjoys low rates. Utilities like these have provided real value for their customers.
