Are there any single PV that can give me 1KW power?

Or what is the TOP power can a PV generated so far?

I noticed not much I can do with PV if I am a apartment/condo users.
due of my PV only 30w per unit.

No way and no chance. The light falling on a square meter is between 500 and 1000 watts/m2/day. PV is less than 20% efficient in converting what light falls on the panel.

Remeber the terms - 1 kW is one thing while 1 kWh is another.

1mx1m = about 150w under ideal midday conditions

or if you very very rich you can buy solar panels with lens concentrators on them and tripple junction cells. cost aprox $100 per watt but no problems getting your 1kw in an area .5m x.5m

Well the largest panels I know of are 300 watts, but they are larger than 1M^2. As Russ and John have pointed out the most efficient panel on the market is 19% with 15% being average which puts you in the 150 to 190 watt range @ 1 M^2
