Sorry, I confused my ethernet Cable connection with youR question about wifi. I think a zigbee adapter is standard for using Wi-Fi.

I know this is an old thread. I have a SolarEdge inverter (I purchased my system). Install can't or won't give me access to the SetApp editing platform (I can do read only). Currently I have cellular only. I tried to hook up ethernet. The system sees the cable, turns off the cellular communication, but can't go further than that. I think I need to change some of the communication settings in the SetApp, but obviously can't. Any suggestions?

We are at the mercy of installers. Try contacting SolarEdge tech support directly.
