Hi All,
I have a few questions regarding the system I just ordered (renvu). I'll start with a system "overview". I'm happy to supply more info (prices, complete parts list, etc.) if anyone desires...
So... My questions...
(1) I pre-installed a 1" EMT conduit from the roof to the basement in anticipation for PV solar. What is the best way to get this conduit into a junction box? The conduit has a tradition flange and is vertical. I'm hoping this conduit and the j-box will be under a panel. Maybe you can see in the photo below.

(2) Speaking of junction boxes, should I use a combiner to transition from 2 strings to 1 "string" for the run to the basement/inverter or just a simple junction box to transition to appropriate wire for conduit and bring both strings to the basement?
(3) There is a significant difference between PVWatts & Solaredge Designer annual energy estimates (13.79 MWh vs 16.27MWh respectively). PVWatts inputs were left to defaults (except of course, location, array type, and tilt). See output pics below... Any ideas why there is such a discrepancy?
Let's start with that! Thanks MUCH for any feedback (re: my questions or anything else)...
