Hi boyettewhite - Welcome to Solar Panel Talk!
Maybe one of the DIY guys will come up with something but it sounds to me like you are SOL.

this is what happens if you dont use a good solder station and carefully adjust the temperature to melt and make the solder flow quickly, Too hot or too cold you get problems. You should practice on some broken or well below spec cells first.Nothing beats practice.Comment

silver ink
yes that was the problem when i first started but now I Can solder them with no problem but it would be nice to be able to repair broken ones to with the ink .there would be many reasons to have the ink some cells come in with large chips that be reused if they had solder tabs on the chips.Comment

There is silver conductive epoxy, but it still has high enough resistance, that you could not harvest much power from damaged cells, the epoxy costs more than a cell.Powerfab top of pole PV mount (2) | Listeroid 6/1 w/st5 gen head | XW6048 inverter/chgr | Iota 48V/15A charger | Morningstar 60A MPPT | 48V, 800A NiFe Battery (in series)| 15, Evergreen 205w "12V" PV array on pole | Midnight ePanel | Grundfos 10 SO5-9 with 3 wire Franklin Electric motor (1/2hp 240V 1ph ) on a timer for 3 hr noontime run - Runs off PV ||
