we also need to know for how long do you need 2,000 watts ? Just 20 minutes a day, or for 19 hours a day?

Very few areas get 9 hours of usable sunshine. Generally, 5 hours tops, maybe 6

120W of PV will generate 100W, because of losses. 100W for 6 hours = 600watt hours total harvest. This will, with losses factored in, only give you 300 watt hours out of a battery. That's enough for a couple small LED lights for several hours, not anywhere close to what your fridge will need.

A 1000w fridge running for 2 hours a day (not likely!) will consume 2,000 watt hours

Watt hours are (appliance watts) x (hours the device runs) = watt hours.

This is not going to work out very good for you unless you only need that 1400 to 2000 watts for say 2 or 3 seconds. If you need it for any length of time like say just one short hour you are talking a minimum 1000 watt solar panel array and 150 pounds of battery.
