To charge your 12V battery, you will need a Charge Controller. A charge controller takes the power from the Solar Panel, and regulates it to properly charge the battery.
If you consume too much power the battery goes dead.
Your panel is a high voltage panel, and to be able to extract all the power from it, you need a MPPT style of controller
        MPPT : http://www.leonics.com/support/artic...es2_14j_en.php

A brand of reliable controllers: https://www.morningstarcorp.com/products/sunsaver-mppt/

BEWARE Many unscrupulous sellers will print a MPPT sticker, and place it on a PWM controller and sell it to you.

Ebay, Alibaba or Amazon. Just be careful that it is real. Most of the real cheap ones are not MPPT. Look for max Voc. of 100 or 150 volts in the spec. sheet.

Sounds like you are looking at fake MPPT controllers. No guarantee but low prices are a good indicator of fake MPPT higher prices are a sign it may be real. Look for EP Solar controllers in the lower price range. Morningstar, Midnite solar or Outback and Fangpusun (sp.) in the higher price range

I look for voc 100 and they are soo expensive 100 dol minimum... maybe is better that i buy 100dol new solar pannel at this price? I do not have any thing to test if work so i really dont want spend so much money
also at ebay a cannot fully trust if the description are true so maybe i end up with a fake mppt cost 100 dol lol
do you think that this pannel are ok? I have 4 of them but wanted to start with just 2 first
