    Did they just recently add that second table of (Requests Pending4). I don't remember it, but from the sound of it that is bad news for anyone submitting now and not finishing very quickly to beat others who have not completed.

      Yeah, I'm not sure if the second table is new or if I just missed it on previous browses.

      Most places don't take multiple months for an inspection, so I'm confused as to why someone would bother submitting on a project not even built yet, if permit/inspection is required before PG&E will take any action. I recall reading something about CALSEIA lobbying for a reservation system (which would be kind of scary in this case), but the small print on the page seems to indicate that PG&E still requires a permit/inspection to consider an application in the queue. The question remains: why are there so many applications if they're meaningless? It seems like there's no way 400 MW is coming online in 4-8 weeks.
