    Letter Suffix and Connectors

    I got some new panels to replace burned out panels. The new panels are
    BP 4175B and there are BP 4175N Q in my array now. Does anyone know what the difference is between the "B" panels and the "N" panels? I don't see anything except the connectors are totally different and they won't plug together. Also if these panels are compatible can the connectors be replaces so they will plug together??

      Older ones are MC-3, and newer ones are MC-4, if you cut the connector off, you void the warranty. You can buy MC extenstion cables, cut them up, and make connections with them,
