How to pay fees for solar permit in San Diego?

Hello,
I am going to submit my solar plan to the San Diego city on Monday. I know that I have to pay something like 400$ in total. Does anybody know what would be the acceptable form of payment? example, checks, CC, Debit, etc?

I would expect they'd take both checks and CC. And since most debit cards are a visa or mastercard, I'd bet they would work too.
It looks like some permits you can do online - so they would take CC for that - so I would bet they would take a CC in person.

Although the county of San Diego waives the fee on residential rooftop systems, I am pretty sure, unless it has changed very recently, the City of San Diego charges about $400-$500 in permit fees.

No fees needed prior to review. Definitely need to pay the 400 to get the permit after it is approved. I just picked mine up Friday.
