Which solar panels for my system?

I've got 2 quotes for a 6.2kW solar panel system to be installed in Southern California. According to my usage over the last 3 years and my PVWatt calculations, this should cover me at about 95-100%. Both estimates below include the SolarEdge optimizer/inverters. Both solar installer estimates are about $20,000 before rebates. Both installers are highly rated online.
    1. 19 SunEdison 324 Watt panels (9505 kWh 1st year*)
    2. 22 SolarWorld 285 Watt panels (9281 kWh 1st year*)

(*First year estimates are calculated by installer in estimates.)

Are these equivalent systems? Does anyone have any recommendations in selecting one set of solar panel hardware over the other?

If the price/Watt is about a wash, I'd spend more time evaluating vendor quality and getting my roof inspected and maybe repapered/remediated as necessary. Both are more important than 1st cost.

Roof already checked. I feel comfortable with both vendors. Just wondering if there is any reason to prefer one panel over the other.

I searched differences between poly and mono panels....are mono panels worth the extra cost?

in my opinion no but that doesn't really matter for you as both of your quotes are for mono modules.

Where in SoCal and what vendor? Seems like you're getting a good deal.
