Hello,
New construction build in Northern California. I have gotten 2 quotes from sunpower dealers which were about the same price, about 28k for 20 327w panels. Not sure I am looking to pay the premium for the panels and what they provide.
I have called wholesale solar a couple times and they have been very helpful and answered lots of questions. They have a good variety of grid tie systems to choose from. I have read good things and talked to a few people about the solar world panels with a solaredge inverter. I can order a 7.68kw system of 24 320w solarworld panels with a solaredge 7600a inverter for 13k. It includes everything except site layout for permit process and would be owner install or contractor.
It will be on a 4in12 slope comp roof on a 25x40 shop facing south with no shade.
Looking for advice. Will be grid tied pge on new house that will be all electric in hopes to offset all energy use.
Thanks.
