    Howdy Bruce,

Go to www.solarreviews.com and find installer by searching their name or their zip code, you need to click on the company from the list displayed ( you need to be on the companies individual page not in the list of companies) and there will be a write review button, write review and submit it and you will be prompted to register, do that then the review is submitted to the reviews auditor and will generally get posted in 24 to 48 hours if it meets the review guidelines. The whole process should take about 2 mins.

You cant submit a review unless the company has installed a system for you, so we don't take reviews about people commenting on the sales experience alone. We also have an auditor who checks them. When I was in the States I asked how many tried to write there own reviews and he said that they have kicked 14 companies off solarreviews in the last 12 months for either writing their own reviews or trying to write a bad review about another company.

So the key is you have to REGISTER; not sure I want to be on any more lists. I am sure it would take
me closer to an hour, than 2 minutes. Bruce Roe

You need to ask the company to register (free) with Solar Reviews. As I understand it the basic company registration, which allows reviews to be posted by customers, is free but there are additional marketing tools that they can pay for access to if they wish. Right Pete?

Howdy Bruce, I very confident that it will take minutes not hours and we don't spam people who write reviews or sell their info or give it away for that matter. Cheers

I looked into this to see why a few of the companies I was interested in might not be on Solar Reviews - as a tech person involved in advertising my company on the web I was curious what it would take for a Solar Installer to sign up.

From what I could tell there is not option to sign up a company without committing to a $ per click from the Solar Reviews site, at least at first blush. I guess you could bid $.00 and no click referrals would be sent your way??? Is that true?

If and when I suggest that a company should try to list on Solar Reviews, is it really FREE for them to open a commercial account?

Yes if its a legitimate company, they will have to jump through a couple of hoops but it is very doable as you will see many solar installers on solarreviews.com are getting a free ride, However as I mentioned before there have been 14 companies deleted from www.solarreviews.com in the last 12 months for cheating or attempting to cheat (write their own reviews or write a bad review about someone else) so if you company is one of those well your wont be able to mention them in this place.
