Panels was installed and city came out to inspect and signed off on 10/06/15. Called SCE on 10/15/15 and they said it's permitted to operate. From Thursday last week till now racking about 250kwh. Did not have time to run Ethernet cable to panel till today so probably the installer will come and hook in and activate portal sometime next week. Here are some late pictures. Finally, after 5 months, I am glad it's done and happy to be a solar system owner
