I recently had a Solar panel install on my Tile roof. The installer used surface mount J-boxes and put a form of peel and stick with silicone around it for flashing. I haven't been able to find a spec sheet for this type of install. Does anyone have a spec sheet for proper flashing and/or electrical install? I've seen specs for the J-box being installed under the roof deck with proper flashing but not on top. I have seen LB'sbut no J-boxes. Any help would be appreciated.
