cosmetic differences are cause to reject cells from the factory line, ones that "look different" are likely different. With homebuilt, you will never achieve the quality and longevity that the factory can achieve. Micro fractures in the cell surface can not be seen, but as a panel heats in the sun, the connections can move apart, and power drops off.

Hy all and tnx allot for your support.
I think i found the problem. I put a 3-d battery in paralel to charge and it's ok. It's look like the 2 bat. that i have were charge 90-100%, i didn't know that, and when its 100% the charge controller stop charging( the amps. value drops from 6, 7 amps to 0,2 .. 2,2... etc.)
With the 3 bat. it's going ok now, aprox. 7 Amps. . but i have to buy some more baterys because i am at the haff way with the 3rd panel).
