Had system put in in mid May 2012. I have had enough kWh put back on the grid that I have had almost no electric bills for this last year. It is a small house. We were always frugal with using electricity.
We paid for our system up front to SolarCity. Reason was in case we sell the house, there will be no complication with an unpaid lease. The System was sized to have a car charger installed. All the hard wiring done. Do not have car yet so will put in the charger after the car is chosen. Looking at plug in hybrids. So far so good. Happy with the system. Size of system about 9.0 kWh.
