Do white stains from water prevent my solar panels to work correctly?

If water from the sprinkler hits the solar panels and leaves the calcium stains, will they keep the solar panels from getting the max amount of energy?

The calcium stains are from hard water - minerals in the water supply. Yes, they will reduce the efficiency of your solar panels, but you can easily clean them off with Lime Away or some other similar product.
